"They explained what it would take to do a long-lasting repair and why that particular approach was optimal. We had two other estimates, one higher and one lower, but Lance's was comprehensive, so that when the job was done, we would not have to find another contractor to paint the replaced siding. Their employees were pleasant and kept us apprised of when they would be there and what they found when the damaged area was uncovered. The work was done in a reasonable period of time and we have had no problems since (it has been a month)."

"May 26, 2022 Siding for our house in cedar rapids Iowa Allstate exteriors who did a wonderful job our communications with them was perfect we didn't have to fight with them over anything. They did the roof and the siding and gutters. Fast done right Jeremy Woodruff came to my house and talked to me about the company. He and his wife Violet made sure that we were satisfied with all three jobs.
