"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Had almost half of one side of my mobile home's power go out. I tried for an hour contacting every licensed electrician i could. They either wouldn't come for a month, or would give me someone else to contact. I managed to find Rife's remodeling and call. Immediately answered and asked the issue. Now keep in mind this is a call he received out of the blue while driving presumably to another work site. He asked when I'd like him to come by. I said "I wish it could be checked today, but seeing how everyone else has been, when do you have time available." or similar. He promised that day he'd be by to check it out, and he was. Only 2 hours and he came, and diagnosed the problem quick. Sadly it was already getting late, and he couldn't fix it the same night. he scheduled as early as i wanted the next day for his guys to come and do the repair. They came when I asked, and did a good job. The gentlemen were also a pleasure to hold conversations with while they worked, and were respectful. Mr Rife himself was a pleasure to talk to, and has a very professional air about him. I have a lot of work I need done, and after meeting him I have NO doubt he is the one I need to hire for all of my remodeling. I strongly recommend him to everyone. no longer should you have to worry that your contractor knows what he is doing. "The price was great, we did purchase a lot of stuff ourselves
(appliances, faucet etc)  so the price was more for their labor and
coordination between all the different folks that need to work on the
house.  We removed most of the plaster on the wall that was being
removed, and painted ourselves.
Jim and Justin turned our tiny  one person kitchen into a space that many people can enjoy at one time.  There were snags along the way, it is an old house, that caused some  delays, like the ceiling coming down on the carpenters, but Justin did everything he possibly could to ensure the job  stayed on track and as close to what we budgeted as possible.  Their office coordinator Sharon made it easy to  contact and set up appointments with the cabinet makers and flooring  folks.
The only thing we marked down was punctuality, and that was because some of the subcontractors weren't always on time.  The project was slated to take 3-5 weeks, and it took a little over 3 months. This was also due to unexpected add ons, such a new ceiling had to go up and more plaster had to be removed from sections of wall."

"Paul does great work, no doubt about it. You don't realize how bad most siding jobs are until you see one down well - like American Siding did for me. Several years later, and the siding looks the same as it did when installed. My neighbor had siding put on his house at the same time I had my cottages done, and the siding is already buckled and coming off in places. You get what you pay for."

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."

"2 gentleman from Walls Construction and Handyman came out and cleaned gutters thoroughly. While there they did free roof inspection and found that 2 roof boots were cracked. They notified me and I told them to go ahead and repair them. They are one of the most outstanding companies I have ever had come out and do work on my house. Greg Maratto was very polite, experienced and just an over all joy. The office staff was also very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your construction/handyman needs.
