"We had cedar siding damaged by woodpeckers, and time. Mauricio was able to just replace the bad boards. He did a great job!"

"Scheduled site visit 2 days after initial contact.  Roof estimate was provided 2 days after initial visit.  Three days after signing the roofing contract the roof repair was started.  The roof replacement took their crew 2 days to complete.  The gutters and downspouts were installed about a week later due to some weather delays.  Both the roofing crew and the gutter crew left my yard amazingly clean of any construction debris or fasteners.
My existing roof was only 18 months old at the time of replacement, but required 100% replacement due to extensive hail damage.  A & W Restoration contacted my insurance company with their findings and got my entire roof replaced under my homeowner's insurance policy.  I only had to pay the deductible.  I am an architect so I am very particular about any construction that is done on my house.  I am usually a contractors worst nightmare as I regularly inspect commercial construction projects myself as a part of my regular job.
A & W Restoration met and exceeded all of my high expectations for quality construction and I would highly recommend them for their quality service."

"It went very well. The gentleman's name that did the work is Brett. He did an excellent job. He was professional. He would ask questions through out the job to make sure we where satisfied with the decisions. The cleanup went very well. He did a very good job on the details of the siding."

"Our roof was at least 15 year old and it had been over 5 years since our last inspection so we had Richard come out and see if any work was indicated. He came out quickly inspected our roof and said that we had no damage and reassured us that we likely had another 5 years on our roof. We greatly appreciated his honesty! Will definitely have him back."

"They were easy to work with from the beginning to end. Kept me informed and have a fair estimate for the work. I plan to hire again for a siding job in the spring and is definitely recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done."

"They were great. Provided a suitable repair that will get me through the winter until new siding in the spring. And did it at no charge."

"Beautiful deck delivered on time. Had an issue with a measurement and exposed rotting siding after the job was finished, and they fixed the measurement issue and found the perfect solution for the siding ASAP. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and we’re ecstatic about our new deck. Wonderful job."

"Referred next door neighbor and they did whole house. Everything was very smooth."

"New siding/insulation, soffit and facia. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship were outstanding!"
