"Overall, Tom was personable, professional, and he got the job done fairly easily. I trusted his judgment in what kind of mounting hardware to use into the wall -- which was probably the one issue I had with how things went. Mr Handyman only provides their labor; the customer needs to provide ALL materials, which initially was challenging because the guy that I spoke to on the phone said that I had to wait until their guy arrived to even know what parts to get! He said the handyman would tell me what to get, and I'd need to go to the store -- while the guy is at my house -- and get the mounting hardware! (As a side note ... who would leave their house with someone they don't know inside it?). But then when I protested on the phone, he suggested I go to Home Depot and ask them, and get what they suggested (which made me wonder ... I'm hiring them for THEIR knowledge, right??). So my solution, which was the least painful in my mind, was to go to the hardware store and buy multiple different mounting options, and have them available for their guy to choose from (after which, I'll take the ones he didn't use back to the store). The only other point was the price, which, to explain ... Mr Handyman is a bit on the high side, because they charge for a full hour in addition to their service fee, even though Tom was only actually working at my house for about 30-40mins."

This was a big deal purchase. It worked out for me good and bad, The cleaning of the chimney was fine, but the fireplace has two sides. We talked about putting a door on one of the sides that matched the other side. That was not part of the deal, that was separate. I gave them a good down payment and no door is forthcoming. They are very nice, but no door has been forthcoming. They were going to bring the door two weeks ago, but I got a call from the guy who said he was stuck on the side of the road and could not come that day. I have not heard from them since.

"Paul and his team did an excellent job residing our whole house. Paul was onsite working every day with his crew and they efficiently worked through our two-week job. Having Paul around made communication very easy for everyone. We are discerning people and are still very happy with the results six months after they finished the job. Many neighbors have complemented us on how good the siding job looks and how hard the crew worked over the two weeks. We agree!"

"Replaced siding one side of house from hail damage and repaired trim work damaged by garage. Good price and excellent work. Good communication from start to finish."

"They were pretty good in doing the home inspection that I asked them to do. They were quite thorough with everything and it was good report. I did not end up buying the house because of the faults in the house; they defended me from getting hooked to that house. They were on the pricier side compared to the other prices."

"We absolutely love the way our home has turned out. We were able to truly make our home our own through the different color and style choices available. I have attached several before and after pictures to show the new windows, door, and siding we chose."

"The quote was very high. The guy was very knowledgeable, I must admit. His name was Greg. The $59 was reasonably. He was a little bit late, but I am not going to knock him down on that stuff. Would not use them, because they are on the higher, expensive side."
