"They did a fantastic job on my wood siding, window trim, and painting. Of 3 different contractors to perform this type of work for me over the last 15 years, they did without a doubt the best job. I would highly recommend them. They were very responsive to small requests such as removing an unwanted satellite dish rather than painting around it. There were some minor challenges getting on the schedule As a result we ran up against a schedule deadline for me and had to proceed with some second choice siding for some of the repairs. "From pre-sales through signing the certificate of completion, Presidential Exteriors provided first rate, professional, courteous, and friendly service. The new windows and doors work flawlessly, look fantastic, and have cut outside noise too boot. The new siding and trim work look fantastic. My only critique was the clean up on the windows and doors job could have been a lot better. Keeping in mind everyone has an off day, that won't stop me from inquiring about having my vinyl shutters replaced to match the new doors. How did I not notice think of them before?"

"After I sent them an email explaining what I needed they responded within an hour with a very reasonable estimate for the work. After an exchange of a few more emails they scheduled the work for later in the week. I received a confirmation call the day before the work was scheduled. Mario, the technician, arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. He explained how he would perform the repair, and he was extremely professional and courteous. After he completed the work he reviewed what was done to repair the siding. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair work, and the excellent customer service provided by Mario. "Young Environmental was extremely professional and walked us through the steps from start to finish. We had asbestos paper wrapping the ducts in our home. Young Environmental removed these ducts, cleaned, and removed the trash.
I was impressed with the efficiency of the operation. All work was completed in about 5 days, including the time needed for pre-testing and post-testing. The only minor hiccup was that I did not receive the certificate of abatement immediately. But, to be honest, I didn't even realize that I didn't have the certificate until a month or two later. I called and Peter quickly resolved the matter, emailing it to me in a few hours. Overall, it was a really good experience. I was very nervous when we found asbestos in the house, but very pleased with Young Environmental's professionalism and services in helping us move the remodel process forward. I would recommend them and would use them again.

"This work was done under warranty related to a major project R&M did in 2010.  The major hale storm in the summer of 2010 badly damaged our roof and aluminum siding.  R&M was selected to replace the roof and the siding.  The total job was in excess of $25,000; fortunately it was covered by our insurance policy.
We were very pleased by the earlier work. So, for this work I called R&M thinking we would be paying for a small project.  Kyle Hoffman, president and owner of Roofing & More, came and personally inspected the damage.  He made a video of the damage and described what needed to be done.  The video was then sent to the office via the Internet and a request was made for a technician to come as soon as one was available.  While sitting in our kitchen Kyle checked the office records via phone .  He then told us that the work was under warranty from the initial job and that there would be no cost to us.
The technician came in less than an hour, he knew exactly what to do, and he did it quickly.  He was professional and polite.
My wife and could not have been more pleased. This was exceptional service!
