"Prompt response. Gave me a variety of options for what I needed to do to have my siding repaired or replaced"

"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

"We wanted the entire exterior painted, including eaves, wood siding, garage and door trim.  Because we had just had our house insulated (blown from exterior), there were grey patch spots two every 16 inches.  All of those spots and a few other patches were required.  All the wood (eaves and siding) needed scraping, sanding and painting.

Joseph patiently answered all the questions I had and gave a very good estimate.  The company is family owned, which made it even more desirable. A very good price was given for the entire job.

"Sanchez Painting

What a difference 5 days and 25 gallons of paint makes!

I found Sanchez Painting online via Angies list. I sent a request for bid and within several hours I received a call from Jay.

We scheduled time the very next day and he was right on time. A refreshing professional person that spoke with complete knowledge of the process including timelines and specialized paint colors. He made sure he walked the property and took pictures. He instantly made us feel comfortable.

After his visit I had his written bid that evening via email. We chatted on email/text and agreement was made for a crew to come out two days later.  The agreement spike to all areas we discussed during his visit.

Bright and early the morning work was to start, owner Mr. Sanchez showed up to walk us through the job, making sure he and I fully understood expectations. Then his crew arrived and they started work cleaning, scraping and prepping a barn and workshop. The following day they arrived at 7:30 to lightening, thunder and two full days of rain. we had to stop work out of safety. We discussed it and agreed. Again both sides in agreement before moving forward.

After the storm went through, they returned and within two days created magic. Our property never looked better.

Mr. Sanchez and his adult sons are true professionals. The teams they bring in to work are knowledgeable, tidy, quiet and work very hard. Even with my dogs that laid next to the workshop and were covered in paint, our fault not theirs. But they told me immediately.

I would highly recommend this organization and team to anyone, for any size job. They  get 5 gold stars from Rick and Lynn. We have also given out this recommendation on our family Facebook and LinkedIn. We believe in them 100% for professionalism, timelines, communication, pricing and service as promised. Thank God for this company!

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions.

Thank you Sanchez Painting for all you are and all you do!

"It went well. I think they were a little on the higher end. It was a little bit on the expensive side but I needed to get it done so I agreed to it. I don't know at this point on the quality because it hasn't rained yet but so far it's an A. I would use them again depending on the price."
