Once directed to Rockin IV Enterprises, I filled out a request for a quote and within 30 minutes received a call with a quote for the work I needed done. The next day, Charles was able to come to repair and re-weld the fork on my tractor. Pleasant, personable and extremely dedicated to doing the job right, he took the time to carefully review the work and plan the best method to provide the strongest possible repair and then proceeded with preparing the parts for the best fit. I was impressed with his attention to doing the job well as he carefully cleaned and removed all flux before starting the next weld in order to have metal on metal. "Went well. The technician troubleshot the failure and found the damper mechanism had failed. He removed the unit and forced the baffle to the fully open position to give me some cooling to the refrigerator side until the replacement came in. The technician returned with the part, replaced it, and performed a functional test. We were well please with his service."
