"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I contacted Miguel for the bid and he arrived prompt and professional. We discussed what I wanted and a detailed estimate was given. The job commenced a few days later as scheduals permitted. Two finishes were used, one for the walls and the other for the wood trim. Each day he and the crew arrived on time and ready to work. Miguel removed and replaced window coverings (blinds and custom valances). Everything that was not to be painted was covered and covers secured. I requested that he leave all the switch and electrical plates off so I could give them a good thorough cleaning before replacing them so as not to leave any smudges on the new paint. The job took 16 hours over two days and when he and his crew left they took all debris. I was also replacing the carpet and floors and had that scheduled a couple of days after the paint. So I could have been a little less concerned about over spray or spills (if any). The walk through went well with nothing unexpected. I feel very confident that if any negitive issues had come up Miguel and I would have worked well with each other to remedy the situation. I have numerous houses and will not hesitate to use the services of Miguel Gancedo Again. I will also have no problem recommending him."

"Dura-Kool offered/honored a $ 500 Angie's List member coupon.  This lowered our costs several hundred dollars below all other local Las Vegas competitors.  The initial buildout material quote was exactly the same as the two additional vendors we received quotes from but each of their prices was well over $2,100.  Since we were doing several major renovations to our house this allowed us additional funds for other projects. 
We had to receive clearance from our HOA for this improvement.  Dura-Kool provided us with a computer drawing of the improvement so we could make the submission to our HOA.  Dura-Kool also submitted and managed the required City of Las Vegas building permits.  Once all the approvals were completed the project was finished within two weeks.  It took the installer one day to complete our patio cover.  The installer also told us how to reinforce the outside beam when we get ready to hang a shade curtain to block the summer sun.  We immediately noticed the difference having the patio cover in place.

"House looks beautiful, however, side electrical panel began to peel within one month and several sprinklers were broken during the painting. I did not contact the company back, fixed sprinklers myself and scraped and painted electrical panel myself. All in all satisfied with the job.
