I heard the hail hitting but I was not sure if there was anything wrong. They asked me if it was okay if they could look to be sure everything was okay before they left? They gave me their business card and told me if I would like them to they would meet with the adjuster to point out the damage. I was so grateful that I had them to help me since my husband was out of town. 
They met with the adjuster  and handled everything for me.
They replaced my roof and gutters and cleaned up the mess.
