Get matched with top skylight pros in De Leon Springs, FL

"When I called for an estimate on resealing my skylights, they said that they would not reseal, only replace. Since they were replaced after Irma, I did not need them replaced, just re-sealed."

"They were able to replace the skylight in less than 2 weeks after the quote. They did a good job and make the finish on the inside look good. A few weeks later, there was a heavy rain and my new skylight is no longer leaking like my old one that was replaced."

"Responded quickly with efficient and friendly service. He sealed the skylight and fastened shingles that had come loose."

"Long story short,  John Keller Roofing is by far the best contractor I have ever hired for any job, period.  Price was competitive, the owner himself bids the jobs and warranties them, and the gentlemen (and they were) that installed the roof worked like a well oiled machine.  There were no mishaps or misunderstandings and the job was completed in a very short amount of time.  Please do not install a new roof without a bid from John!   You will be impressed.

"I contacted Sunrise Roofing Services for a roof replacement. Karel gave me an estimate was thorough, timely, and to the penny accurate. He explained the entire process including providing insurance and license information. He installed a tarp to prevent any further leaks into my house (no additional cost). The project was delayed because I was out of town so we agreed to a no earlier than start date. When I returned they started the project within one day of that date. They showed up on time (exactly) and I ask to see the permit. They pointed to my front door where they had posted it prior to ringing the bell. I was impressed. The old roof was removed and Florida required nailing patterns completed (including the nailing affidavit). The decking was repaired. A new underlayment, roof, vents, skylights, and flashings were installed. Cleanup was thorough. All of this was completed in one day including local building permit inspections. The following day the owner, Maria Flores, came by for payment. She came prepared with Lien release forms, warranty information, affidavit of contractors final payment as well as an invoice. We settled up while discussing her business. I relayed to her the things that impressed me most. 1. She has an actual place of business (not working out of her house like too many contractors) 2. No down payment required. 3. All of the roof installers are employees (not day workers). 4. All the paperwork was completed and presented in a timely manner. 5. Her employees are top notch. Installing a roof in the summertime in Florida is brutal. They probably deserve a raise. 6. Her company is a certified installer of the CertainTeed roofing line of products. I verified this with CertainTeed prior to contracting her. Maria was cordial, well prepared, and thorough. I found that she runs a professional business with good people and would have no problem recommending her to everyone."

"BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! From the first phone call to the day I paid the balance in full this was one of the most pleasant companies I have ever dealt with! Dan came out to provide a quote. While he was taking measurements he provided me with a sample book of shingles to look at and help get an idea of what we might like. Once he completed the measure he sat down with us to explain the process, options, pros and cons of different products, etc. I received the quote to following day and it was amazing! It also included possible add-ons like gutters, gutter guards, etc. After reviewing the quote I e-mailed back the contract binder (this was on Tuesday). A few minutes later I received a call from Shirley in the office to explain the next step. She was knowledgeable about the process and VERY friendly! The following day I received an e-mail that Steve, the owner, would like to begin the construction the following day (way faster than anticipated!). They sent a rep to our house to pick-up and notarize the consent to proceed form in order to pull the permit. We had a permit that afternoon. On Thursday morning the crew arrived at 7:30 and begin work immediately. It took approximately 2 days to complete the roof on our 1100 sq.ft. home. On Monday, the gutters were installed. Steve personally stopped by Wednesday afternoon to check the work and collect the payment. He was very friendly and down to earth. I couldn't praise his company enough!"

"Andy showed up on Labor day to look at my damaged skylight and scheduled the job for Thursday. Andy and his roofer showed up on time Thursday, replaced the skylight and repaired the roof around it. He gave us a very reasonable quote and cleaned the area after completing the repairs."

"I can say that it could have not gone better.  I give them an A+++
They showed up on time on Thursday with their team of 6 and the project manager and had the old roof removed in hours and replaced the damaged wood.  This is a 66 year old home and had 1"X 10"planking not plywood and they were so profession replacing the planking.
So on day one the old roof was removed, the new under layer was installed and inspected. On day two, the shingles were delivered early in the morning, and the new roof was installed completely and cleaned up by late afternoon.
In the last 6 or sever re-roofs I have had done, this one was the easiest. The house looks amazing now.  I can.t say anything negative, because it could go any better. The next day the Orange County inspector came out and signed off on the job. I even paid them...lol."
