"We had a great experience with Allstate windows. Steve came out and met with us about the upgrades we wanted to do with our windows and siding. Steve answered all of our questions concerning the job. He was very knowledgeable in the products he was offering which made us feel comfortable, we received our quote by the next day decided to go with Allstate windows. The windows came in earlier than expected and the installation process was done in a timely matter by his crew. When the job was done they cleaned everything up and left the area very clean. "See description above. While the work was eventually done to my satisfaction, I was surprised that I had to pay the $129 Angie's List fee up front, before the inspection was performed. Consequently, there was a delay between payment and work performed due to incessant rain here in January. When the technician did arrive, he was professional and experienced. I asked him if he could replace some jack books/vents and he called his office to get a quote: $250 extra! I thought that a bit high but the work needed to be done. So, I reluctantly agreed to the extra cost.
