"I wanted to share the positive experience I had with Ridge Top Exteriors. It started with the power house Chris Harris. He has so much energy, I was tire from watching him. He then handed me off to Victor Flores, the project manager. The team arrived on the exact day and time promised. Vic has an easy way about him and displayed a confidence that set me at ease. The team was professional and cleaned up so well there was little evidence they were here except for the new roof. The only change I would make is in the area financing. I recommend you obtain your own financing. I went with one of their offers and I am not happy with the company. I thought I would be working with them not a 3rd party. The work was outstanding, the inspector passed the job with only one suggestion he could not enforce due to this was not the initial roof. I would recommend this company for all your roof needs."

"We have a half-moon window in the guest bedroom that we wanted to tint to decrease the amount of heat and sunlight that floods the room. When I first spoke to Robert, he was very cheerful and easy-going on the phone. I am pleased to say that his countenance wasn't any different in person. Robert gave us several options and answered our questions. We opted to place the darker tint without the security film as our windows are new and meets the current hurricane standard for our area. When Robert arrived at our home, he took his shoes off and placed a drop cloth on the floor to prevent any damage or staining to our carpets. He was professional, courteous and gives the impression that he cares for his customers and service that he provides. I would have given him all "A's" but he was late getting to our home. However, in fairness to him, he did call and texted to let me know that he was running behind. I would rehire Robert without hesitation. "Skylight was replaced due to leaks. New Impact resistant one fitted but due to a defective seal it still leaked. On contacting the company they had someone come back and sort it out the next day. Great service. Would highly recommend."

"It felt good knowing the owner of the company gave the estimate and also did the entire work with the exception of one assistant to help him on the first day of installment. As the work progressed, Francis was able to immediately alter his original plan to optimize the most of the skylights by bringing together the arch of what would have been 2 shafts in the middle and in turn opened up the bottom to make one complete shaft. It is awesome! Working around all the trusses and customizing the frame work took the most time, but the time was worth it. He did such a wonderful job, I didn't have the heart to tell him I had an Angie's List coupon!"

"Excellent! From the estimate process through the final walk around, ever person I was in contact with were professional, timely, and clearly knew what they were doing. Roof looks great, clean up was great and at completion, I pointed out a couple of minor items which they resolved on the spot. I even noticed a small tear in a window screen after they left, they had a screen repair guy at my house the same day. Not the cheapest out there (I got three quotes), but you get what you pay for (including a 15 year warranty which no one else came close to). Cost included replacement of 2 skylights, which we are thrilled with. Highly recommend them."

"On June 26, 2013, I agreed to have them do the work .  They completed and were paid on July 24th, 2013. All of the work appears very professional (I took many pictures while in progress).  There was a minor issue that the two largest vents on the roof were left with small dents in them.  Otherwise, no complaints on workmanship or materials used.  They also completed a Wind Mitigation Form and provided the pictures. They did a good job of replacing bad wood.  It took longer to complete than expected but there were many rain days during this period which was out of their control.  The work around our chimney was, I believe, better than any of the competition since they provided break/replace stucco work around the bottom walls so that it could be sealed properly with correct materials.  I recommend them for best price and solid workmanship.
