"John came out the first trip and tightened the timer, however the timer failed again (which John said it may).  George came out a few days later and replaced the timer.  While George was there he noticed I had a breaker switch that was bad.  He removed it and I went to Home Depot to get a new switch.  He replaced it when I returned for no additional charge.  I was very grateful for George's help......and patience while I went to Home Depot!  Hopefully I won't need to call on them again, however I will if I am ever in need again.
