I talked with the technicians and said, "this is ridiculous, the furnace is old" and he said, "we agree, but they only want to do the patching". When I told him that I would remove some of the decking boards off my deck to make room for the siding, he was one of the only contractors to offer taking it off for me, telling me not to worry about it and that he would take care of it. I got the impression that it was not going to labeled as an extra. He was very informative and polite. When it came to measuring the windows inside the house, he took great care that the end of his tape would not bang into the wall or counters. It may not sound like much but I noticed his care for my house. I apologize that he was not given the chance to offer his proposal. I went with the other contractor due to the product they showed me and because of the property that they escorted me to. Your company only suffered because of the order in which Servicemagic listed the possible contractors. I feel that you have a great employee working for you. Hang on to him.
