"Tech (Ron) arrived later than originally planned, but had communicated this at the time.  Precision tune-up of the heating system (i.e.. furnace).  Ron took his time and treated the system as it it was his own.  Very professional HVAC technician.  He also took a look at a water elbow leading into the humidifier which didn't appear to be passing water to the solenoid and blew it out saving the cost of what I thought would be a new solenoid.  After completion, printed out and e-mailed my invoice/receipt.  All in all, a great experience using a company new to me.
