"I hired Five Star for a remodel of my master shower. Five Star made it very easy by having their own show room. I have mobility issues and Irving Z. made it so easy to pick out the tile and accessories. The office staff was very friendly and helped make it easy, thanks Kim and Irving. The demo crew came in and prepared my home for the job. They put down heavy paper, tape and plastic. The tile setters are craftsmen and did a beautiful job on the shower. Everyone working for Five Star was polite, friendly and professional, Daye and Ediston thank you for my brand new shower. The plumber was Dillon Orr of Shawn Orr Plumbing was very helpful and always answered all my questions. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this project and I will be using Five dStar Services in the future for upcoming projects. Here’s before and after photos. "Joe did a fantastic job power cleaning my tile floors and coloring the grout. I picked the wrong color for the grout and he brought it to my attention that it didn't look very good. He called Kim and she drove to my house to deliver a color that would work better. It turned out great. Joe and Kim go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the work. I highly recommend their service."

"The boss man said he would match the grout color and get all the grout and tile clean. I came home from picking up my husband and the grout and caulking looked white. Then after he left I saw the kitchen tile that he was going to fix and it was white. My tiles and cream/ brown, I would call them earth tones. So after I gave it a day to really think on this and what I wanted and what I received I decided to call back and talked to the boss on that Monday. He came out with his worker and redid my two showers and the kitchen floor plus that one tile repair. The shower caulking looked okay. I could have done it just as good the second time around. They fixed the tile in the kitchen and recleaned the floor. It was better. Unfortunately, I would not hire them back. I really wanted to recommend them to my friend but I can?t. They were very nice. I want to hire someone who does what they say the first time."

"The installation was fantastic, the installers were very good at what they do. We had one problem with the man that’s was over scheduling the work, we had our floors finished except for installing the carpet in the 3 bedrooms. The scheduler put us behind another project because it was a larger project, he actually told me it was a larger job than ours and he put them ahead of ours. I called the head office and actually spoke to a man over the projects and explained we didn’t understand why the scheduler put ours off for another project. Our floors were down to cement, we were ready to have it finished. He was so nice, had them at our home the next day or so and gave us a discount to make up for the scheduler’s actions. We felt that was a very caring man."
