"What I thought was high quality work turned out to be shoddy in several places. When I discovered there were tiles riding up I contacted the contractor, they came out and replaced and admitted it was shoddy work, Now Floor tiles are riding up in the bedroom and other places in the house. I think they thought the work was done correctly and they did come back out and do some repairs and admitted it was poor installation. They have since fired those people. Its hard for me to not recommend them because of the customer service we got. I am however not considering them for additional work due to the multiple issues we keep having."

"Awesome experience - cleaned my existing hardwood floors to match newly layed adjacent floors and I can't tell the difference were the new boards just slightly difference. I learned a lot and look forward to a good annual cleaning!"
