"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"We worked with Al on a flooring, sheetrock and painting project for our home. Al was very clear and prompt in his communication. He sent us daily updates with photos about the progress in work. Work was completed before we expected. Al also gave good recommendations and suggestions about finishes, materials and other questions we had. We used unfinished red oak flooring with bona nordic white satin finish to give the look of white look. Very happy with how it came out. The flooring looks quite modern now. In the kitchen we used wood look tiles and the tile work was also good. Oversell we were happy with the good quality output . Would work with Al again and recommend him to others as well!"

He said he would try his best, and would charge accordingly to his success or not. He worked hard on the area for hours. It wasnâ t â perfectâ in his eyes. I was not believing that we wouldnâ t notice the repair day-in and day-out, but that is exactly what happened. Can you see it if you specifically look when the light hits it exactly in one spot, yes! But daily we donâ t see it. What a miracle worker! We thought for sure we would have to get a new quartz countertop! Bill is very knowledgeable and really cares and really knows his stuff!!"
