Instead of merely giving me a quote for the work that needed to be done, he took care of it on the spot, deftly scraping off the soap-scum build-up, thoroughly cleaning the countertop, and polishing the marble to a sheen, sealing it, and thus restoring it to its original pristine quality. Before he left, William also replaced the grout along the length of our Silestone kitchen countertop.
