"Wonderful to do business with and highly recommend them. Owners are very involved with the running of the company and with customer service, which makes all the difference, and frankly, quite refreshing. We had two bathrooms, where we replaced the old, cracked tile on the floors and updated the shower/tub combinations. I thought I would be a smart, conservative shopper and searched the big box stores for the tile. Ha! Flowers offered me a selection of tile that was color true to description [exactly what I wanted] a white carrara marble look, in an over sized tile. The tile quality was superior to the big box store tile, and within pennies of the same price. Lesson learned! As for installation, they resolved our uneven flooring issues and the tile installation was done beautifully. They tiled both the floors as well as removed the old plastic tub surrounds, then tiled the walls, up to the ceiling. Looks amazing! I have to insert here that even the demo crew, who are different than the tile installers, were very nice and considerate of the mess that comes with demos. They covered adjoining areas with plastic to minimize impact of the dust, that like I said, is unavoidable with removal of tile. And they had lots to remove. Obviously a very happy customer, but the job was complicated and they performed. As stated earlier, Highly Recommend!"
