Benchmark looked at the job and had estimates to me within a few days. They had the work done in a matter of weeks. They provided some good ideas for doing the project, e.g., replacing the tile with a tub surround which would mean less matainence for a rental. They also replaced a large trim piece along the side of the house that had been damaged by termites at no extra charge. They matched the stucco pillars superbly.
