As a retired builder for more than 55 yr I understand how hard tile this size is to make perfect and that was and with less than1/8th grout line but happy to report almost to perfection. "While the contractor was late, he did call. My shower valve only put out hot water. In order to fix it, the entire system had to be replaced. It took a long time, but he was able to do the job without destroying the whole shower wall system. In other words, he took apart and soldered pipes in a 6" circular area. That was great. Shower works fine now. 
He is to come back and install electrical boxes in ceilings of two bedrooms along with fans.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
