"I was hoping to remove and replace my 50 year old tired and broken tile in the kitchen with something fresher but after talking with George, he suggested I replace the tile with granite counter tops. Now top grade counter tops for my kitchen would generally cost about $3K plus installation but George knew of a granite product which he quoted me $1400 to install.  There was an additional cost of $150 for a new stainless sink but I didnt think that was too bad.  I could have skipped the sink but because of space limitations, the granite top would have had to be cut in half around the sink and I didnt think I would like that look.
Georges workers did the job in just a few hours and my wife is very happy with the results.
The project left me needing to call a plumber to install the sink connections and garbage disposal but now everything is just fine.

Tile company to completely remove our very old shower... he did a great job with keeping everything clean and protected. Also, did a beautiful job artistically lining up the tiles to reflect a waterfall-like flow coming down from the top.. It came out unique and looks like I paid a lot of money for this project but, actually it was very reasonable. We paid out of pocket for all materials. "After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

"When Rogelio Solis, owner of Solis Tile, came by to bid tile work in our new house, we knew he was the right guy for the job.
Rogelio explained how his experience and skill could make our vision a reality. Soon after the bid, Rogelio was on the job. He was always punctual and polite. Working with him seemed like having a friend over doing the tiling, the difference being that Rogelio and his crew are top-notch professionals at their trade.
First, in around 6 days, Solis Tile completely renovated our guest bathroom. This included lowering the shower pan floor to make for smooth uninterrupted transition to the shower, ADA compliant for handicapped visitors, but also very sleek design-wise. The floor  was slightly pitched for water flow, which was done so perfectly that I knew we had chosen the right tile-man for the job! The tile we chose was a natural stone green slate, a bit more challenging to install in the modern fashion we requested, but Rogelio took his time choosing just the right tile for each location and resulting in an awesome shower area with 10' x 6' of tile on each wall. Rogelio also installed a new toilet, shower heads, tub, and sink in the bathroom and they all look absolutely perfect.
Next, Rogelio prepped our living room/great room area for 2x2 ceramic tiles in around 1000 sqft of total space. He listened to us carefully as we explained that we wanted a modern look and layout for the room and he delivered big time! The 1/16'' grout lines  and seamless transitions between the tile and bamboo flooring he provided are just what we wanted and look fantastic.
After that, it was time for Solis Tile to work on installing our foyer area. We had purchased 1'x1' granite tiles and asked that they be shattered and placed in a mosaic pattern in the entry area. This was truly impressive to watch as Rogelio broke and placed each individual piece in the pattern. I was watching over like a hawk and he graciously asked for my opinion throughout the process, even thanking me for giving him the opportunity to do such creative tile work, which he clearly enjoys doing and is exceptional at. The outcome is custom tile work of the highest quality.
The last project that Solis Tile performed was another complete remodel in our master bath. The work was similar to the guest bath, but the tile continues throughout the whole room. This entailed about 10 days of tiling and a few more finishing. The room is now so impressive, with bright white tiles from floor-to-ceiling. The space required about 500sqft of tile...it looks like a 5-star hotel. The shower pan area was laid with river rock pebbles that are so soothing to stand on in the shower. Through the job Rogelio was like a machine, focused on delivering the finest install possible.
Throughout all of this work, Rogelio Solis was always beyond helpful, respectful, professional, and prudent. He was on-time, maintained a clean workspace, was conscientious about not wasting materials or tracking debris into other parts of the house. There were plenty of times when he worked well into the evening in order to finish a stage of the job in our best interest without even thinking twice. He is a man of his word and a talented tradesman.
I can't say enough good things about this company and its owner. I feel like I should have paid much more for such a pleasant and stress-free experience as well as the remarkable resulting work. You will not be disappointed if Solis Tile handles any of your tiling!
