The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. "Overall my experience with Hummingbird was excellent.  The quality of their work was top-quality, they finished the job in the time frame that they said they would, and for the agreed upon price.  The owner (Ken) was responsive in his communication, and you could tell that he wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the work that they had done.  They only reason for 'good' grades above is because the price was a little more than expected even though it was the price agreed on, and they ran a little late a couple of days.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
