"He did a solid job. However, I had scheduled an additional window cleaning to be done in conjunction with the tile cleaning/sealing 3 days prior (with his office manager/scheduler). When Doug showed up, he knew nothing about it so I've had to schedule separately for him to come out again. I live in a small townhouse and only have 5 windows. Also, Doug tried to sell me full priced services that I knew full well were deeply discounted here on Angie's List. Can't blame a guy for trying, I guess. "They did a fantastic job.  Our tile was extremely small marble tile that was very tedious and labor intensive.  They took their time and were extremely detail oriented to ensure every piece was perfectly placed.  We are already planning on using them for all our projects around the house."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
