He informed me when he was planning to work and arrived promptly. The shower, tub and tile were in fine condition and did not need replacing. I was allowed to choose flooring, vanity and hardware which he ordered and delivered. He painted walls and woodwork . He worked very efficiently and was pleasant to have in my home.
