"Carpet that s over 20 years old looks like new. Downey is the best!"

"Floor looks amazing even a month later.  Lead installer was great but the young man he brought with him left much to be desired.  He was clearly hung over and spent an inordinate amount of time in my restroom.  He also took too many breaks opting to "watch TV" with me rather than help lead installer.  Love the installer and the floor.  His assistant, not so much."

"It went extremely well.  Rob was very responsive to my first call.  Brought out samples and advised on best choices.  We agreed on the price and by the next week the materials were ordered and installed.  No fuss and no muss.  This was for a rental condo that I am selling.  I have some additional flooring needs in my own condo, and I will be seeking out Rob's assistance for this work as well.  Quote for materials and installation was the most reasonable one I received.

"Bob Thompson promptly returned my call, and came the next day to provide an estimate, which he provided while he was at our home. Following our approval, he returned the next day to do the work. He hammered out all loose material as well as ground out loose mortar between the bricks/tiles. Bricks and mortar were used to fill in the holes in the old clay tiles that had spalled and were open into their centers. Bob then applied the new cement/acrylic coating. He also resecured some of the surface sandstone
at the top of the window wells that had come loose. Clean-up was thorough and complete.
Our interactions were professional yet comfortable - we asked many questions and received direct responses. Bob also shared with us his interest in artisanal masonry work - fascinating to learn about.

"Shad did a wonderful job blending the lips on our tile install in the entryway way of our home. My husband (and I) installed the tile and were not happy with the outcome. Shad fixed our mess and the tile looks great now!"

"Two men were sent to my house to remove eight (8) very old windows and outer windows from my basement and replace them with glass block windows.  The majority of the windows were close to my neighbors house (I had cleared with her for the men to park in her driveway), so they parked the truck there.  One started in the basement and one worked on the outside.  They took the old windows out and installed the new windows.  The men were very professional and very polite.  The clean up was awesome and the old windows were hauled away.  They also cleaned up my neighbors driveway. The windows look very good, a very good investment.  My neighbors have remarked how wonderful the windows look.
My mother is looking to replace her old windows and we are going to use Global Glass Block in the future.
