"I reached out to Mitch on Friday, he checked the job and gave a quote on Saturday, and started work Monday. He took our tile and design idea and installed two large walls of backsplash exactly how we wanted. He also provided specific help over and above the standard job with incredible attention to detail. Any future tile or stone work I have, Mitch will be my first call."

"Couldn't be happier with the project from start to finish. Same day quote, with work following quickly after that. Tile installer was outstanding."

"Our kitchen floor and bathroom tile looks like new, so we are satisfied."

"Victor is an experienced professional that overcame some unknown obstacles to complete the job to my complete satisfaction. He didn’t rush, or cut corners to finish. In fact, just the opposite occurred. He took extra time to do a wonderful job. I would recommend this company to everyone."

"Ken and Hugo are fantastic! We have had them remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms, one being the master. Both bathrooms were complete demolition and remodel, and one needed to reroute the existing plumbing. All three remodels turned out amazing! Their tile and granite work are superb. They guided us along on all three projects, offering suggestions and pointing us to the right vendors to get our materials, all of whom made this overwhelmed couple feel very comfortable, and helped with the designs. We are so happy with the results and feel very fortunate to have found them."

"It went OK. I found the owner to be pretty aggressive in an unpleasant way. For that initial job he charged me a lot (I believe it was $450.00 to fix the finish on two 18x18 tiles). When he reminded me of Elite's minimum I asked him if he would seal two bathrooms. He said he'd to come back to do that. When he came back he charged me the minimum again to my surprise. When questioned he quite aggressively said each visit incurred the minimum charge and pointed me to his page on Angie's list. He got his money, but I don't think he will ever get my business again."

"Expert installation. Talented and dependable."

"Martinez Tile was hired by the contractor building our new home in Ventura to do the tile work. I could not be happier with the tile work done by Andres and his team. Not only was the work of the highest quality but Andres always did his work when promised helping to keep the project on schedule. Also, Andres is one of the nicest people you could meet. If you need tile work done you cannot go wrong by hiring Martinez tile."

"We spoke to Andres, the general manager. He worked us into their schedule and within a few days they were out to replace the carpet. They removed all of the old carpet and treated the hardwood floors underneath due to our dog using the restroom on the floor. We were very pleased with the work. I would use them again in the future."

"Excellent work, service, and attitude. Yes, I would hire again and highly recommend George and his company. They kept their commitments on schedule and finished on time and left the house very clean. Please consider George if you need new floors for your home."
