"Big Bob’s Flooring did a great job with our bathroom remodel. The project had a small delay in the middle, but the team communicated well, stayed professional, and still got everything completed on time. The final result looks beautiful, clean, and exactly what we wanted. We’re very happy with the workmanship and would definitely recommend Big Bob’s Flooring for bathroom remodels and flooring projects."

"I had a new shower installed in Feb 2019. Jamie, the salesperson was very thorough and detailed when providing the estimate. The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I truly enjoyed the walking shower. It was better than imagined. It even added value to my house when I recently sold it! It was also very easy to clean. You can't go wrong. Everyone was professional and respectful."

"Our hallway is heavy traffic off the garage, where we enter several times a day. I was thinking, I may need to replace prior to moving. Although, it turned out beautiful. Small investment, saved me $$$. I didn’t have any idea what to expect to have our wood floors cleaned! WOW, it looks better than when we moved into our new home. Plus, it was fun to ask an expert in how to maintain. Very kind and helpful!! Highly recommended!"

"Jeff and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Everything you could ask for, fair pricing, on-time and on schedule for everything from quoting to performing work. His crew was good about minimizing clutter and mess, and delivered excellent results. Will not hesitate to use them for future work, and have already referred family member their direction."

"The results were specular; I couldn’t have been more pleased! Crew size was large enough to complete the job as fast as the dry time would allow. Painters were assigned to the project. All were professional, skilled, responsive to concerns, and respectful of pandemic protocols."

"Arrived on time both for estimate and repair work. Explained each step in detail. Area was cleaned satisfactorily upon completion. I would not hesitate to contact this contractor in the future.

"Ziggy did a wonderful job laying the tile. However, I did have to hire someone to come in and cut off two doors and put trim on the tile at the sliding glass door. He charged me a more than reasonable price so I was ahead even with the added expense for cutting off the doors and adding trim by the patio door. I would recommned Ziggy to anyone because his price was very reasonable and the work was excellent."

"The design was totally useless to me. I was extremely disappointed.

"Shawn was very professional and helpful during the transaction.  He came out quickly for the estimate and measurements, and was able to get me into his schedule that week.  He helped me match the rest of the carpet and picked options for me to purchase at a local carpet outlet.  After I purchased the carpet, he picked it up for me.  The piece of carpet had a flaw, and he had to return it to the store and have another piece cut.  (He did all this in the rain!)  On top of that, when he discovered a pet stain on the subfloor under the hallway carpet, he covered it thoroughly with primer before he laid the new carpet.  I was very happy with the service and the end result.  I would absolutely hire Salas Flooring for future transaction."
