"Ernie came and replaced all my windows and doors in my two story home, he was so kind and helpful and walked us through the whole process, he was able to help keep us within our budget and the work was nothing short of exceptional. I would recommend Ohio state windows to anyone looking to upgrade, you won’t regret it."

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. The computer was so slow and overrun with adware that it was virtually unusable.when he started but since Jim applied his touch to it, it works great again. I will certainly call on him again when/if I have further computer problems and will recommend him to my friends. Some of the functions were not even working when he started and they are working now.

"I had Advanced Restoration out to estimate what it would take to shore up the foundation of a house I bought. Rather than try and sell me Marty suggested I give it a few months to see if it was still shifting since I had had tuckpointing recently done. He was right no active shifting is occurring thus saving me money. When I get an egress window put in I will definitely reach out to them again. Highly recommended!"

"Went well but to large of a window for time to come 3-8 and arrived approximately 7:30"

"These guys were very professional from the Owner to the employees. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it even when they had to do some extra framing around the front door because the original was a very tall door that was outdated and likewise with the kitchen window, it had been framed with tile instead of wood like the rest of the house. They made that window frame not only look good but made it a functional piece above the sink (there is now a shelf there and a nice back-splash area where mounts can be screwed in), very nice. The side door also required extensive modification due to rotten framework.
Overall A great job, pleasant people, professional attitude and work was finished when they said it would be.
When I need something done I will definitely call them first."
