He took it upon himself to reach out to the building manager and tenant to make sure electric was off during the work and my tenant was comfortable. Plus the electrician was on time, very courteous and respectful, used drop clothes and shoe covers to minimize dirt, swept and vacuumed area, and reasonably priced. They receive an AAA plus.
