"It was a good experience. I first went to their office to see the products available. The lady I interacted with seemed very knowledgeable and showed me new technology (such as internal diagnostic features). I thought the price was close to what I had in mind. The gentleman who came to my home checked my circuits to let me know what type of generator I would need. He informed me I would save money by having the gas company install a meter just for the generator, instead of running gas lines around my home for the generator. He marked with flags where that could go in my yard, and gave me a complete, detailed estimate."
