Installed new shower and grab bars. Needed tub removed with aging in place. Tired of stepping over tub..The new shower easier to clean with vinegar and water. Grab bars that I don't have to worry about them breaking. The surround goes to the ceiling. So don't have to worry about water on the backer board.. "The plumber arrived and spent 6 hours trouble shooting water heater problem on newly constructed home. He was good and identified problems and took action to correct, but could not fix water heater issue. He discovered there was not enough power, so he could not charge for his efforts as he did not fix it. He offered a $16 and some change monthly service plan to help with costs and I agreed, but he genuinely tried his best including replacing two heating elements. His company brought two electricians who were here for 1 hour and charged over $300 to report there was a break in the wire and did not repair. Next day the builder of the house brought his electrician for 30 minutes, made repairs finding 3 wires leading from breaker box, but only 2 leading to water heater. He diagnosed a junction box somewhere was embeded that the 3rd wire went to. The two remaining wires had been accidently crossed and were wired wrong to the water heater. He corrected that and was done in 30 minutes."

Chris and Denny showed up at 8:30 on the Monday and had the old acrylic bath/shower unit and floor tile ripped out by 11:00. I had already removed the toilet and old vanity. They put down new sub-floor and installed a new alcove bat tub. Everything just seemed to go so smoothly. They tiled the bath surround and laid new floor tile; a plumber came in to install the new fittings. They were finished and out of there by mid-afternoon Thursday, and that was after wrestling a heavy vanity up the stairs for me, which I was to install as well as the new toilet. A really great job! I would fully recommend Creative Tile for any bathroom remodel. And if you are lucky enough to get Chris and Denny as your crew, then all the better, though I would be that Creative Tile would only use the best employees."
