"Our plumber was Edwin Stevens. This was the second time we had hired this company because they also helped us out in the fall. They did exactly what we had asked them to do. The prices were fair and the work was excellent. Mr. Stevens made special time for us because we had a pressing need. He accommodated all of our requests in a timely manner. He was easy to work with and is an excellent communicator."

"the work was done promptly in a professional manner by a friendly plumber. I would strongly recommend this company"

"Aldo was very professional and on time. Did an excellent job with my plumbing issue. Would recommend to anyone."

"Extremely satisfied.  Company was responsive (My initial call to them was on Xmas Day when I noticed the sewer backed up in my back yard).  They called me back immediately and  agreed to send someone to look at it the next day (after ansering some questions, we agreed it was not an emergency) - they came the next day as promised and even called prior to their arrival.  The plumber assessed the situation and took pictures to send back to Larry.  I spoke with him and agreed to have them come back on Monday when the equipment  needed to address would be available (needed an extra long hose and camera set up given the location of the cleanout cup).  Each time dealt with the company (Larry) he would call to let me know status and options.  On the day they came, Larry and his associate were at my home at the time promised.  Spent nearly 3 hours and all is well.  So although a bit pricey, well worth it given the responsiveness and professionalism of the company.  Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

"Lazer took only 30 minutes to come to my place. The water pressure reducer was leaking. Most plumbers would probably have tried to charge me for a new valve. Instead, he quickly tightened a few screws on the assembly and fixed the problem without even charging me. He's earned my trust in NYC Plumbing, Heating, and Drain Cleaning and I look forward to working with him and the company in the future."

"Jonathan did a great job, although it was a relatively simple pipe repair. He was on time, pleasant to speak with, neat and supplied a simple explanation of the problem. I plan on using him on another project soon. The first plumber I've had here that seemed to really know what he's doing."

"This is my go to plumber. Very professional and experienced plumber that is passionate about what he does. I am always pleased with his work. Thank you MC Drain."

"Had emergency repair. They reached out quickly and fit me in right away. Plumber was quick and thorough."

"Friendly and great service. Smart plumber"

"Arber and his team did an outstanding job in installing a washer and dryer in my house. The project required breaking walls and ceilings and dealing with gas pipes. They were very hardworking throughout the project. He was also very flexible to adjust the project, to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. We were very happy with the quality of his work and highly recommend him and his team for any plumbing work. I will certainly contact Arber in the future, in case we need any support of a good quality plumber. Thank you so much! Vanya."
