"We are a commercial business. I needed a plumber. Remedy answered the call. The company kept me informed regarding their scheduled show up time. Chris, the plumber, was up front with the recommended repair and the cost to fix. He was very professional!!! They gave me three options and provided a cost estimate for each option. Well, guess what! Chris figured out the problem with the automatic flusher was related to bad batteries. Guess what they charged me to troubleshoot and fix the problem. NOTHING!!! $0.00!!! Who does that? In these times, it's refreshing to see a service company like Remedy Plumbing be the honest contractor!!! My faith in these guys, Chris and his supervisor, Eric, is off the charts!!! "The rep was extremely thorough, spending over an hour examining my house, and describing solutions to both the apparent problems, and the underlying water issues causing them. Installed a total of 5 piers, realigned the chimney, and several hard-pipe buried downspout extensions. The work team was very efficient, described everything they were doing, thoughtful (eg, offered an option which avoided the initial plan to dig up/under a sidewalk), and professional. It was not the least expensive bid, but far and away the most detailed."
