"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "This is quite simple: if you need a water heater replaced in Marin or Sonoma counties, us Frank's Water Heater Company. Frank's is a guy named Trevor. It's just him and his helper. They focus on water heaters, toilets and sink disposals. There is no fancy trucks or 800 number, it's just a hard working guy answering the phone himself and providing a great a service. I received quotes from two of the larger companies in the area for a rental property I own in San Rafael, they both charged to come out and quote, Trevor didn't. Their price for the exact same service and water heater model was at LEAST $1,000 more than Trevor's quote. His work was first rate. He was responsive, and he's a nice guy. Save your money, call Frank's!"

"Larry and his helper were professional and helpful, giving us all the details of what they were going to do.  Our old Bradford White 75 gallon water heater was removed (haul-away was included in the price.)  Installation went smoothly.  Larry upgraded to code, all the connections that needed upgrading and strapped the water heater.  Our water heater closet was left cleaner than when they first arrived.  We were very pleased.

"Removing the brick 2-story fireplace from or home was a massive job. Numerous contractors came out and said it wasn't a job they would take on, or if they did, they provided astronomical quotes. Ofer came out to assess the job, said he could handle it, and was ready to start within a week or so. His price was very fair and reasonable. Initially we were going to replace the upstairs fireplace with a gas insert and midway through the job, we decided instead we'd like a closet. Without charging extra, or with any hassle, Ofer accommodated this last minute request. The full bathroom we put in downstairs turned out beautifully. His main crew was always respectful, clean, and pleasant to have around the house. All of the workers that came in from plumbing, to electricians, were all equally as nice, efficient, and did great work. All updates passed inspection and look terrific. The project stayed on budget which we were very happy about. We went into the project understanding that there were some materials that were not included in the price, so there weren't any surprises. I recommend making sure to ask about the materials (finishing products & grey materials), that you will be responsible for, so there are no surprises. We are so pleased with the work of Ofer and Bay Easy Construction, and I highly recommend and would hire them again."
