I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! I will only use Al's Plumbing for all my Plumbing services. He is honest and gets the job done. Thank you Al!!"

"We called Kirk Development to help us with being able to get better access to and use of our motor home. We live in an HOA area and needed to comply with their regulations as well as Zoning restrictions. These guys really know their stuff. They handled everything from design to getting the permits through. We didn't have to get involved with that and I'm glad. Their design met all parties restrictions and we now can clean, prep, load and unload without going to a storage facility. We let Gary know that we keep everything clean before and after trips so he designed with that in mind. He put cabinets and counter tops at one end with a large basin sink. Plenty of room on the counter for cleaning everything up. There is a faucet in the lower part with hot and cold water for filling a mop bucket and they even put in a floor drain. We can just hook up a hose and hose out when needed. The plumber was great. He had an idea for putting in a "primer" for keeping the p-trap from drying out. They put a sub panel for electricity on the side of the building. This gave us plenty of power for lighting and receptacles. We also were able to put a 50 amp outlet to plug the rig into so we don't have to run the generator. Our experience with Kirk was beyond good. The superintendent assigned to our job kept everything moving smoothly and kept us informed throughout the entire project. The job site was kept clean and everyone who worked here was professional. This level of personalized service isn't found everywhere and we know when we hire Kirk to do a job we can count on getting the attention that is needed for it. For instance, we have dogs and our circumstances provided a challenge. They made a suggestion that worked out perfect. They built a block wall with a gate, cross-fencing the property so when we are working on the motor home the dogs are not able to get out. If all gates are closed we can have them in there with us if we want. We are so happy with our addition and it looks like it belongs here too! We've seen some that look like they don't fit in and just don't look right. So So glad we have these guys to do our work.  Thanks for a job well done.

"The workers were good , except the toilet they installed was leaking and we have to call a plumber to fix it ."

"The process began with an excellent designer who evaluated our master bathroom, made suggestions, did architectural drawings, and took us out to select the materials to be used.  The complete process from beginning of construction to completion was about 7 weeks.  A project supervisor was assigned and was in constant communication with us.  As with any major project, there were several minor issues, which they dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. They were very professional and competent from beginning to end.  We had one major issue after the work was completed... a leak in the shower plumbing wet our closet carpet and warped a couple of closet boards.  This is where they really shined ... within 1 hour of my call to them, they were onsite.  They took full responsibility immediately and set up the process to get it fixed.  They repaired the plumbing leak and paid for our carpet cleaning, replacement of the damaged closet boards, and provided racks to hang our clothes on while the repair was underway.  In the end, the bathroom and closet were restored to pristine condition.  We are so delighted with them that we have recently contracted to have them remodel our guest bathroom.  Cook Remodeling is outstanding and I can't recommend them highly enough.
