"Acting as our company's project manager, my husband and I do most of the projects in our rental homes. However, replacing the tub with a shower wasn't something we wanted to tackle in our two-story condo. The unit is three stories up with a spiral staircase between the lower and upper floors. A total of four levels! Moving the 50-year-old tub from the condo's upper floor prevented us from hiring most acrylic step-in shower companies.
