AFS Knoxville sent a crew 2.5 hours to complete the encapsulation. Baron and Cody worked hard and did a wonderful job. "Y'all. I'm putting these people in my phone contacts as "My Plumbers." If being able to trust the people working in your home and knowing the work done is solid are your priorities, then stop right now and hire these guys. I have had a journey, and our house is very old. Our plumbing completely failed a week and a half ago, like... dig up the yard failure. After multiple companies either failed to address the problem, didn't show, ripped me off, or actually made the problem worse, I didn't know what to DO! I found these folks on Angie's List, and the reviews got me thinking, so I had them come out for a quote. They were one of the only companies that were able to get me in before Christmas, when all other places were telling me I'd be in a hotel ringing in the new year! They sent out Anthony and Josh. They have been like the plumbing dynamic duo - they communicate efficiently with one another, and know their job well enough that all the bajillions of hiccups inherent to an old house did not stop them from their goal of getting us back in our home for Christmas - and spend part of their Christmas Eve to make sure it happened for my family. AND they came with smiles on their faces in really horrible weather for an outside job in the cold. Anthony and Josh have been 100% honest with me and straightforward. They explained clearly what we needed done and gave me all the potential options to choose from. I never once felt like they were making unnecessary recommendations or trying to sell me anything. They were simply knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. Theirs was not the cheapest quote, but sometimes you need to consider that you get what you pay for. The cheapest job was not my goal - a solid fix from a company I could trust to do other potential work without trying to sell me down the river was way more important. There's more work to be done, for sure. BUT - they will most definitely always be the ones to do it, and I could not recommend them more highly."

"We have been dealing with an ongoing water drainage and leaking issue on our property for over two years. After having conducted repairs with an independent contractor and believing the issue had been resolved, it only continued to persist. We spent extensive time researching and trying to find a company that could actually fix the problem. After reviewing ARW's profile, reviews, and scope of work and comparing them to competitors in the area, we gave them a call. Spoke with the sales rep via phone and within ONE HOUR he was at our property same day. Sales rep actually gave me the time and chance to explain the damage we had sustained on the property, the source of the water leaking, and took the time to let me ask questions. He then took the time to conduct a walkthrough of our property to do an overall assessment of what ARW could do to complete repairs and how they would do it. All my questions were answered and unlike many companies, he didn't act as if I was wasting their time with trying to clarify things and ask questions. Even spoke with the owner of the company via phone, while the sales rep was on the property, which showed me the owner is responsive and available on the spot when needed. Nothing but respect and professionalism displayed thus far and the sales rep provided a full, in depth work order proposal and quote that was provided to us within hours of his visit. We've struggled to find a company to meet our needs for this specific project but I can tell you we finally found the one. We've accepted their bid and look forward to FINALLY having these long overdue repairs done! Much thanks to their sales team and owner. Nothing but smooth sailing thus far!"
