We had discovered that our water meter was continuing to run, even though we thought we had no water on anywhere.  We found Top Notch Plumbing on Angie's List, and we are so glad we did.  Gordon referred us to a leak detection service, and then came out afterwards and fixed the leak that was found in our son's bathroom.

That leak required cutting a hole in the closet wall to get to the pipes because of the age of the fixtures.  Gordon also referred us to a drywall company who came out the very next day to repair the drywall.

He also pointed out to us that the main water shut-off valve to the house was not completely shutting off the water.  So he fixed that as well while he was here, as well as replacing the knobs on the shut-off valves in our guest bathroom.

We have a drain in our laundry room that needs snaking every 6 months.  Our previous plumber recently retired.  We will definitely be using Gordon at Top Notch Plumbing for that as well.

"I've had to repeatedly call for plumbing service to clear a washing machine drain pipe, which is part of very old plumbing in a rental unit I own. With a previous plumber, they kept removing a replacing the fitting to the drain pipe. Personal plumbing simply installed, efficiently and at a reasonable cost, a drain clean-out (and I may not be remembering the exact name of this simple part). I called them after a good experience when they installed a new tankless water heater in my home."

"Professional services provided! The master bathroom exceed expectations. Will absolutely hire again for future remodeling."

"My pro Tommy Millard was awesome he came over and explained what needed to be done to fix my problem he quoted me a price and worked with me about the price he sent someone to fix the problem I felt very satisfied about the work and price I will tell all my neighbors that need a plumber to hire this company I will call them if I have any problems thank you very much"

"We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"I called just minutes before 10pm and expected to be told I'd have to wait until morning for a plumbing issue. Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. I sincerely Thank you for everything!!!!!"

"Shugarmans did a great job from the sales dept to the installation. Lots of communication. We were so impressed we had our 2nd bath remodeled too. And they were just as good the 2nd time."

"After I texted three plumbers he was the first to respond. Not only that but he came within an hour and a half from my phone call. It was a difficult job because the valves were corroded and frozen and needed to be replaced under my laundry room sink. The faucet needed replacing also. It was all done swiftly and expertly. It looks great. I’m very satisfied."

"My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Francisco made quick work out of the change. I will definitely be giving him a call when my next plumbing emergency happens."
