He was incredibly helpful with our initial call and while quoting for us, personable, knowledgeable, and beyond patient with our many questions (even though it was all after hours). His price was the best one of the 4 that we had quote and yet there was nothing "budget" about the project or his service. A quality water heater and a job very well done. He has the years of experience needed to do great work. In addition, he has excellent communication (keeping us updated and informed) and is punctual and professional. Really, everything you hope for when seeking out a plumber or any contractor. We have zero complaints and only praise, very affordable, and have already shared his contact info with family members because we are just that enthusiastic. Sure, they may not need plumbing NOW, but they will some day. Two thumbs WAY up."

"With our rather old cabin-style home, the plumbing from the kitchen sink had a plug of hardened grease over 30 years old. We discovered this the first day when they drilled through it with a snake; we had them return a couple of days later with a hydrojet unit to clean it out. Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out. I was originally concerned about navigating past the elbow joints in the pipe, and the fact that we have a septic tank that I didn't want to fill up; but neither was a problem, and the job was done in about an hour. The sound of the drain flowing never sounded so sweet."

"Lets start with the good. Our installers were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, neat, apologetic for the customer service issues and delays that were out of their control. If I ever have to do any more remodeling it would be an absolute pleasure to have Tyler, Colton, Domingo or Arnulfo back in my home. Now the unpleasant. The customer service rep that was assigned to our case caused us alot of distress. First the job was delayed 2 weeks before we were to start. My husband and I had both taken the week off from work, found coverage for our shifts, so it was not like we could just say "oh we don't need the week off, we can work". We not only had to take the original week off, but then we had to take another week off for when the job was rescheduled. When we tried to explain the bind that put us in, we were basically told, to bad, you either take the new date or cancel the job. The day the rescheduled job was supposed to start no one showed up. We called the project manager to find out what was happening. Well he forgot to schedule it. Luckily he did manage to get two crews out to our house for the rest of the week since we had two bathrooms being done at once. Then we find out that the person who measured did not take into account the plumbing and electrical locations. We had to get an extra plumber our there to move a pipe, and they needed to put a huge new whole in the opposite wall for a new breaker box. Then the electrician canceled and we had to wait a week, and take another day off from work for him to come. Lastly lets not even discuss trying to get an inspector out there when they were supposedly scheduled to come. If it wasn't for how wonderful Tyler, Colton, Domingo and Arnulfo were I might have told the company to just come get their stuff and cancel. I am still traumatized by the whole experience with the project manager and all the delays and screw ups. However because the 4 guys did such an amazing job I do love my jacuzzi tub and walk in shower."

"Removing the brick 2-story fireplace from or home was a massive job. Numerous contractors came out and said it wasn't a job they would take on, or if they did, they provided astronomical quotes. Ofer came out to assess the job, said he could handle it, and was ready to start within a week or so. His price was very fair and reasonable. Initially we were going to replace the upstairs fireplace with a gas insert and midway through the job, we decided instead we'd like a closet. Without charging extra, or with any hassle, Ofer accommodated this last minute request. The full bathroom we put in downstairs turned out beautifully. His main crew was always respectful, clean, and pleasant to have around the house. All of the workers that came in from plumbing, to electricians, were all equally as nice, efficient, and did great work. All updates passed inspection and look terrific. The project stayed on budget which we were very happy about. We went into the project understanding that there were some materials that were not included in the price, so there weren't any surprises. I recommend making sure to ask about the materials (finishing products & grey materials), that you will be responsible for, so there are no surprises. We are so pleased with the work of Ofer and Bay Easy Construction, and I highly recommend and would hire them again."
