"James was extremely responsive. He was able to come over an hour after we called and it was a Sunday! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to start investigating the issue. He explained everything to my husband and I and showed us exactly where the clog was. James fixed the problem and made sure to clean everything up before he left. He told us how to avoid this in the future and how to maintain the pipes moving forward. James was in a good mood and had a great personality. He made the stressful situation feel a lot better. I would highly recommend using him. He is honest and his prices are extremely fair. He really wants to help you and not just take your money (like most other contractors). I will definitely use him again if I need service again!"

"This is the second time we have hired 3G’s Construction to do renovations on our home. A few years ago they redid our master bathroom. They did such a good job we hired them to do the remodeling of our kitchen and guest bathroom. Richard Gould was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions. He stuck to his estimates. Any time something unexpected came up (like some rotting support beams) he let us know right away and told us what our options were and how much it would cost. Any times issues came up they were very responsive took care of them quickly. His crew (family members) were very nice and respectful, and kept things clean. His brother Steve did very nice work and was very easy to talk to. Their subcontractors (plumbers, painters, electricians etc.) were good. And Rich kept an eye on their work and schedule. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Everything looks great. It is nice to have contractors you can trust and I would highly recommend them. We have recommended them to our friends."
