"I hired them to remodel my motherâ s bathroom. She is very pleased with the work."

"We had an amazing experience with Superior Bath System. They came in and got everything taken care of without any hassle. The vanity we got is absolutely perfect and the top is a beautiful piece. Thank you guys for helping out with my project!"

"Done quickly and cleaned up when done. My bathroom looks great. They coordinated plumbing, electrical, and carpentry and everyone arrived on time."

"My well pump went out Monday evening, around 6:00 p.m. Hoosier Drain Guys were out of Losantville, relatively close to me in Middletown, and that's who I went with. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. Fantastic company to work with; I highly recommend!"

"A truly great home improvement experience!"

"I spent about three weeks getting quotes because I had heard mixed things about basement waterproofing companies, including Everdry. I?ll be honest, they were not the cheapest option I looked at, and that gave me pause at first. What ultimately made the difference was how thorough the inspection was. The rep didn?t just look at one wall and give a price. They walked the entire perimeter, explained how water was getting in from both outside pressure and inside drainage, and showed me why a partial fix would likely fail over time. Other companies were quoting cheaper, but they were only addressing one part of the problem. I also want to address something I was worried about going in, which was the ?high-pressure sales? reputation you sometimes see online. That wasn?t my experience. It was definitely detailed and direct, but I never felt like I couldn?t take time to think about it or compare options."

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"I bought a water heater. They first connected me with a plumbing company that tried to add on $270 for additional materials and labor costs that they could not justify. I returned the water heater, and they again connected me to Holthaus. Holthaus called later that same afternoon and scheduled for the next morning. Dan came out and installed the water heater and new stand in just an hour. He only charged $30 for additional materials related to new gas fittings. He was very polite, transparent, and thorough. I would highly recommend them."

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
