"Bath Planet came out and remodeled my Bathroom Shower, they were professional, and they did this with in 4 hours, they cleaned up after themselves. We had odd shaped walls but they handled this professionally. Mike the installer was professional, but he did a quality job, he also run into a little plumbing problems, so I had to get my own plumber there to help them out, otherwise everything was good. I am happy so far, it is been 2 weeks of using my new shower and so far so good, very easy cleanup, just wipe down which I Love!!"

Kyle works with time and materials rather than per job pricing which I feel saved me a lot of money. "My furnace went out on a very cold winter's day. I thought I could make it through the night without the heat, but by the time the temperature inside dropped to 62 degrees I gave up and called Wm Masters (in the evening.) The service tech came to the house at 9 p.m. He discovered the igniter had gone bad. He had another one one on his truck, and he replaced it for me. Problem solved! He also took time to talk to me about the furnace and the humidifier attached to it. He didn't try to sell me anything--just gave me good information. I have had Wm Masters do my plumbing, heating & air conditioning work ever since my husband passed away, and I've always been happy with the end result. They have a reputation for being expensive, but my personal opinion is that you get what you pay for, and Wm Masters has always been worth the cost in my book. I've been very happy with their service."

"Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! "I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
