"After talking with several plumbing companies about a water pipe that was leaking, Hudson was the only company that could come out that day. The other companies could not fit me into their schedule for at least four days. Hudson gave me a fixed repair estimate over the phone which I thought was maybe a little expensive but I was willing to pay it so that I would not have to shut off my water for four days. The repair took a little longer than they expected plus they replaced a shut off valve that was faulty yet did not charge more than the original fixed estimate. Everyone I talk to at the company from the receptionist to the estimator and the plumber that came to my house were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company!"

"I made an appointment and it was a huge window to have for availability which was from 12-6. I felt like they could narrow it down better, however, they ended up calling me at almost 4 in the afternoon and rescheduled because their plumbers weren't getting done with their jobs for the day in time to make it to my appointment. I had them come out the next morning and the quote they gave me was $200 more than my previous plumber but I had already taken off work to be available for the previous day and would have lost more than the $200.00 to take off again for another appointment. So I had them go ahead and do the work. They did a nice job, but it wasn't any better than my previous plumber. Not worth the time or money"

"Job was done in timely manner. Cleaned nicely when job was finished. Danny W was my installer Came in removed old jetted tub and surrond .Fixed a plumbing issue with p trap in shower area. Installed new shower and grab bars. Needed tub removed with aging in place. Tired of stepping over tub..The new shower easier to clean with vinegar and water. Grab bars that I don't have to worry about them breaking. The surround goes to the ceiling. So don't have to worry about water on the backer board.. With the chrome and stainless steel looks amazing.Glad got bench seat in back.So can sit and shower .With shower hose extension."

"We had a Triple Safe sump pump installed in September 2017 as our home is in a very wet area. We had specified that the main line out needs to come to the top of a berm that surrounds our home to keep flooding away from the well and house. At the end of the installation, the line out was on the inside side of the berm meaning that all water pumped out of the system would just flood back into our yard. The installers stated the work order said 50’ and that was 50’ of pipe. I was unhappy about that, so my husband called to get the issue rectified and we were placed as a low priority. Fast forward a few days when we had a decent rain and the sump pump was working to keep our basement dry. Water was pouring out of the emergency line out which is only a few inches away from the foundation. We took a close look at the installation and figured out the system was plumbed backwards - the main pump went to the emergency line out and the emergency pump was plumbed to the main line out. We followed back up with IFS to address these issues immediately. IFS came out the next business day to correct the main line length and incorrectly plumbed pumps. The TripleSafe is a nice addition to our home, but the installation process and quality of the original work was lacking."
