"Perfect job in every way.. Edgar was super competent and efficient.....and couldn't have been nicer. He arrived 15 minutes early, identified the issue, brought a cool bright light to show me exactly what was leaking, that he had the parts with him and said he could complete the whole job in about 20 minutes or so. I wasn't expecting that and thought he would be giving me a price and then would have to come back when he had the part. But that was good news and told him let's do it. He went down to his car, came back with the parts and his tools and less than half an hour later he told me to come take a look, it was all fixed. And he already had cleaned up and put the part he replaced away in his case to dispose of. Why aren't all contractors like that? If you have a plumbing issue, I don't know why anyone wouldn't use these guys. A perfect job in every way. After the job, Danny, the owner sent me my invoice and receipt including warranty. 5 stars because 10 wasn't allowed"

"I had a gas leak from my outside home generator that was reported to me by my yard maintenance company while I was traveling. I called the company that services my generator and they use Apex to service their customers for gas related plumbing issues. I called Rene at Apex and told him I need an emergency service call due to a gas leak. He was on it immediately. Shortly there after, the service man, Eddie, called me and was at my home and had turned off the gas supply. He needed to replace a pipe and did not have the part but assured me he would in the morning. The next day at 10 AM he called me and the repair was done and gas turned back on. I can't thank Rene and Eddie enough for making this problem theirs and fixing it immediately. Thank you Apex Gas. You now have another customer in Royal Palm Beach, FL and if I ever need gas plumbing service again, I will depend on you. Thank you so much for your diligence, response, and outstanding service in what could have been a dangerous situation."
