"Subie, the technician they sent to our house, was terrific. Polite, professional, and he did the job quickly and cleanly. He disassembled the disposal, found the obstruction (a piece of a kitchen implement), and removed the offending piece without harm to the disposal or the piece. He was very conscientious checking to make sure there were no leaks once he reassembled the unit. I was a bit apprehensive calling a random plumber whose number I found on Google, but these guys turned out to be great and I'll be using them in the future for our plumbing needs."
