I called Rich and described my situation at the house. He asked me a couple of questions about the location of the clog and then, told me to call the city, and see if they would clear the drain free of charge. He said if they could not help me then I should call him back. I was a bit shocked and extremely pleased that here was a plumber, who could have easily done the job for a fee, but rather, without any hesitation, told me how I might get it done for free. The city did come quickly and cleared the main drain. Just from this experience, I will call this company for any future plumbing needs.
