"I would recommend Remedy P&D to anyone needing a plumber. They were fast to respond and schedule an appointment for a free estimate. The plumber arrived on time and was dressed in a professional company uniform. The plumber also recommended a quick cost saving option for fixing my upstairs bathroom drain. Instead of trying to make a quick buck by over charging me on a simple fix he advised me to save the cost and do his recommendation."

"Wallace Plumbing did such a great job installing my new faucet. They responded quickly and were able to complete the job within one day of me reaching out. The new faucet works perfectly and the work did not take long at all."

"Did a great job all around. Timely work. Had father and son working together and they worked quickly. Good quality work. Most reasonable price vs. 2 other plumbers I quoted, and were willing to try to find less expensive solutions to my plumbing projects."

"Called in Frank after I had some suspect recomendations from Len The Plumber, and therefore needed a second opinion. Problem was a backed sewer. Frank reacted very quickly to my call. Inspection revealed that the cast iron pipe under the house had cracked and large tree root was causing the blockage. Frank also convinced me that the story my wife was given by Len The Plumber was a load of rubbish. Frank is helped by his son, or to be more honest, it is the other way around. Both are respectful, take care of your home, and keep things clean. They cleared as much of the blockage as they could. Enough to last us a day or two at least, and then they returned to dig through the basement concrete floor, cut out a section of the old broken pipe, replace it, fill the hole and re-concrete.

"The owner and his helper came out. They were both very friendly and professional. Probably one of the best businesses that I have worked with. I've been trying to find a plumber in my area that I can trust and I think I just did."

"Service plumber was considerate and knowledgeable. The only downside to this service was ,in my opinion, the plumber should have had an assistant when moving the water heater by himself."

"Wow. I highly recommend Suma Plumbing. Lal is wonderful., truthful, fair and friendly. IHe saved me $5000 that Roto Rooter was going to charge me for work I apparently did not need. Thank you Lal! I will call on you again when a plumber is needed!"
Schedule a plumbing inspection every one to two years to ensure your system is in good working order. Regular inspections can help you catch minor issues before they become costly problems, like major water damage repairs. You should also consider a plumbing inspection when buying or selling a home or if you notice signs of a plumbing issue. Staying proactive with maintenance can save you money and stress in the long run.
A plumbing inspection for a standard one-story to two-story home takes between two and three hours. For larger residences, historic homes, or rental complexes, a complete inspection requires a full-day commitment of eight hours. However, this does not account for any necessary repairs that your plumber might find, so it’s best to set aside additional time during the inspection in case an unexpected repair comes up.
When built with quality materials, your plumbing system endures for decades. CPVC, brass, iron, and steel provide reliable service for 50 to 70 years, while copper extends durability up to 100 years, and PEX maintains performance for 80 to 100 years. Maintaining this system with regular inspections and prompt repairs guarantees long-term efficiency.
You should repipe your home when your plumbing exceeds its expected lifespan or uses hazardous materials like lead, polybutylene, or galvanized steel. Persistent leaks, corrosion, and compromised water quality signal that your existing piping no longer meets safety standards. Repiping eliminates potential health risks and prevents extensive water damage.
