"Joe (also the owner) went above and beyond helping us move our water heater. Explained every detail to us so we knew what was the best fit for our needs. Zero pressure to do unnecessary work and no surprises the day of the job. Quick response to any questions and always kept us in the loop. He has years of experience in plumbing and is a third generation plumber. Cannot recommend Wolf Pack enough and already referred him to a friend."

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"Clearwater Construction services was a great company to work with. CJ was attentive and communicative which is hard to find in this business. Every person that came out was polite and cleaned up very well. The subs they used were top notch and I would use any of them again. They did what they said they would do and did it on time. We were so impressed how they cared for the house while working on it. They treated it like their own. I highly recommend them for any work they can do and I will use them again when needed."

"They did a great job. It was quite an undertaking, digging a trench in the basement to re-route the sewer line, but they were efficient and courteous and it ended up being well worth the relatively short inconvenience. Their bid was very competitive and they gave a written guarantee."

"I will definitely hire Anchor Plumbing for my next project. They worked within my budget and even did a little extra. Their suggestions were well explained. Derek and Carlos worked very fast and consulted with me throughout the project. Thanks"

"Equipment, which is hard to come by these days was set aside for my job once contract was signed. Schedule and arrival was a very smooth process with plenty of communication in between. Sales/estimator was professional as was the installer. Left both work area’s clean."

"The whole process of working with 5 Star was great. Alvin came out and showed me what they had to offer. No high pressure selling. He quoted me a price that was good for 5 days. Which gave me time to check out the company. The office staff helped arrange the asbestos test and scheduled the installation for days most convenient for me. Erik and his crew were professional. The demolition, installation of the plumbing, walls, and inspections by the city all worked perfectly. I was told it might take 3 days. They were done in 2. They started on a Monday morning and by Wednesday night I was able to enjoy my new shower."

"Craigan and Oscar did an amazing job. They have a great system. They remodeled our Master Bathroom and 1/2 bath. We are having them back to do the other bathroom in 2 weeks. Looks beautiful!"
